The new year is ushering in changes for the trio: Time to hold onto their resolutions and get fit. But their plan is thrown out the window when they receive a knock on their door.

Matt has to take the mail but something goes wrong.

Edd, Tom and Matt go bowling, while Edd tries to get a perfect score, Tom doesn't really like the place.

Tom tries to change a light bulb meanwhile strange things appears and happens whenever he fixes it.

Edd has to face a big challenge, to take out the trash.

Matt has some trouble with a mirror room, Tom sees his future and Edd is stuck in a time loop.

Matt and Andy are seen running away from Zombehs. Matt then takes a breath, but Andy says he needs a little help getting up the stairs Matt ran up since he is in a wheelchair.

Tord attempts to find a fitting job for him after getting rejected numerous times.
